Without money printing, the US markets wouldn't have climbed out of the 2008 slump. That collapse and the recovery period was artificially halted, as there wasn't any real subject to lift the markets.

It was obvious this was going to happen when Rubio was selected for Secretary of State. The entire point is the Asian pivot. They realized they lost in Ukraine and that Chine will break containment after seeing the Russian victory. So in order to get our duck in a row before open conflict with China which is scheduled for 2027 we have clean of our backyard and remove potential Chinese proxies like Venezuela, Brazil, and Mexico.
