This literally offers zero proof of anything useful.
If earth were indeed a pancake ... nothing would stop a light source from orbiting said pancake (or vice versa ... whatever), or even simply just being positioned appropriately to cast such a shadow.

the geometric horizon on a globe is ~3 miles away for a 6' observer. get a zoom lens and see for yourself if we're on a globe or not.
