>Muh freedom
His actions directly align with Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006.
He made a false representation to two insurance companies by claiming that the loss of his legs was caused by sepsis, a natural illness. In reality, he had deliberately caused the injuries himself using dry ice. This misrepresentation was dishonest, as he knew it was untrue.
He made this false representation with the clear intention of gaining financially. He fraudulently claimed over £466,000 in insurance payouts, which he would not have received had he been truthful about the cause of his injuries.
Also, he pleaded guilty to three counts of this offence under Section 63 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. The law defines "extreme pornography" as images that are "grossly offensive" and depict acts that result in or are likely to result in "serious injury to a person's anus, breasts or genitals" or "life-threatening injury." The videos he accessed from the "EunuchMaker" website, which showed genital mutilation and other extreme body modifications, fit this legal definition.
