Your race and life is your spirituality.
You wake up to the same dawn and the sun rises over the same horizon and sets over the same ocean as it did for your forebears. Your mother will have all taught you not to lie, your father will have taught you to carry yourselves with honor, as their parents had taught them. You eat the same food, you say the same words, in the same language, you observe the same seasons, much of what they were predisposed to like, you are also predisposed to like. Your temperament is likely even the same. If I talked about the Franks pre-Christianity you would have much to be proud of, and after Christianity still much to be proud of.
You can extend that awareness out and see the living history of your people carried forward in the French people around you. Then imagine where they came from. Franks, Occitans, Goths, Celts, the names of changed, but the people are all your tribe.
You don't need a religion to be spiritually connected to your people. They're right there, the homeland of your people is all around you.
You only need to form more rituals and traditions where you acknowledge that and then bond with your kinfolk over the shared ground you have all walked for centuries. Spiritualism isn't magic, its just attention to what matters most.
In that regard Christianity is possibly outdated.
