You apply this single verse to absolutely every modern ideology of the 20th century and ignore the entire rest of the Book. No context, no idea what you are even talking about, no understanding of the Bible, nothing.
This verse is about the position of people before God, nobody is "better" in the eyes of God because of what he naturally is. There is a an order of God though, husband, woman, children. Children are not "lesser" than their parents, as well as women are not "lesser" than men, they are all equally valuable before God, but there is an order of authority here.
Plus, this verse is talking about the Old Testament vs the New Testament Covenant relationship. It is about the scattered Israelites that were heathenized, who lost their relationship with God long ago, and the Judaean Israelites that came out of that Old Covenant religious system into the New Covenant. The Judaeans were not "better" than the heathenized Israelites (Greeks, Romans, Scythians etc.).
