Why can't you refute? Have you even read the Wikipedia article for the supposedly Holocaust denial law? Jews are not even it's own category, but listed as "peaceful Soviet citizens". Just like every other Russian, Armenian, Estonian. It takes the Holocaust away from Jews and basically makes it about them thus giving them no special treatment compared to America, UK, France, Germany.
