Sometimes reflex to HPV if cytology is abnormal (asc-us, lsil, hsil, etc.). Can also do gonorrhea l, Chlamydia, etc. but no one is doing microscopy to analyze for sperm or species of sperm. dexter is a forensic, i am a biomed labtech they are diffrent but yes i quite interesting to look at blood grow cells do tissue preps and so on. its also wery solitary work i dont enjoy social interactions to much whit people i dont alredy know so its a good job for me in that sense
