When my boomer uncle who lives alone won’t sell his that he got for 40k, for anything under 2.5 million at most he will bargain down to 2.4, boomers would rather die then sell at low prices so will just sit on it, prices won’t drop until they do

housing is like gold
it's an inherently valuable commodity that isn't influenced by Jewish money tricks
what you are watching is not the housing or gold price exploding
it's everything else crashing

housing prices have ALREADY crashed relative to the purchasing power of a dollar. (i.e. the price of a big mac)

> it's 2008
> everyone investing in housing
> it's a safe investment they say
> everything is based on junk bonds
> oops

Once the boomers go into the eternal darkness, the housing market gets a supply flood. Although, I'd imagine big investors are the only ones with enough capital to buy those assets, and than demand horrendous rents from the occupants.

Housing affordability being 4x income Is a boomer metric.8x income Is the new norm bcos Jewish bankers now expect your wife to also work. It isn't unaffordable with two salaries.

This is called a rugpull aka wealth accumulation boogaloo
They're printing more and more money and you're not seeing any of it
Assets are not getting more expensive, the paper they're handing you for your work is just that much more worthless

Build your own house. Your going to save more money than a year of work. Made a 1200 sqft house for 20k. Not including the land.

When Trump started deporting construction workers specifically while sparing the ones at hotels, farms and H-1B's. Almost like he had some highly valuable personal portfolio or something.
