Hey OP similar life here, I recommend training. It doesnt matter where. If you cant do a gym, you have every right to go outside and run miles in your neighborhood. You need to show your parents that you are young, alive, and not to be fucked with. You are allowed to exist. Train and leave this prison of a home.
