Depression is the natural counterbalance to anxiety. I know it seems counterintuitive, but leaning into a depressive state is often the key to getting out of an anxious one. Eventually, you'll feel so dead inside that the fear is replaced by a constant gnawing dread and speaking to women just becomes another chore you have to force yourself to do.

Same. Body count of 100+ here. Whatever you do, don’t make my mistake. I found that I could very easily overcome my crippling anxiety and autism by getting really drunk. This worked for a while. And I banged tons of women. Then I got addicted to alcohol and it pretty much destroyed me. For people like us there isn’t really a solution. Some people say SSRIs. They are probably safer than alcohol.

I don't think I see them as people I never did. I feel like I can't identify with them at all. Not really sure why. Even when I'm not feeling resentful or bitter I still can't see them as fully human. I've never had female friends for example. Even tho my brother has plenty and we were raised similarly. I used to never have female friends, but now I have a few. It's helped me to learn to see women as people. I think what eased me into getting female friends is being around women I wasn't attracted to, or they weren't attracted to me, so in either case the pressure was off. With time I also learned that I can be sexually attracted to a woman and still be friends of a sort with her. Makes it harder, but it's doable. You've been with a bunch of women, so for you, you probably don't even have to deal with a virgin's egotistic desire to prove himself as a man. Which should help.
