Blood libel historically was the accusation of jews partaking in human sacrifice. So what they're trying to do here is equate the term blood libel with any false accusation that would tarnish a reputation in order to A.) Absolve themselves from the accusations of baking children into their passover matzos and B.) If anything the "blood libels" have been proven true by the fact that they've killed 50k+ children, you dont get to do that and then claim that all of the historical "blood libels" are just fake.
