You need to exercise more.
When was the last time you went out exercising? You canโ€™t remember, can you?
You need to exercise more, at least do daily stretching like this.

I love Anna. She doesn't even seem to know she's a goddess. And she's 21 now.

Exercise is all well and good but if your diet is shit then none of it will matter.

I went for a run yesterday, and I'll probably run today despite the forecast saying there will be a "thunderstorm, possibly severe" and "large hail".
And that's all despite the fact that I'm tapering for a race next week.

A runny nose usually isn't a symptom of the flu, unless you have a secondary infection. Sorry anon but you probably don't have the flu, it's just a cold.

I'm going to eat >700g of carbs per day on Friday and Saturday. That means I'll be eating 1-2 bags of lollies per day, plus a bunch of rice and juice.

I once shat myself while running on the treadmill at the gym thinking it was a safe fart. Never went back there again, and I wasted money on the membership because I bought 1 year's worth. Gym/exercise is a meme, bros. Don't fall for that shit.

I've only just realised that this is what I've been missing all along. Not just repetitive movements but intentional tensing and flexing on the muscle group you're working on. Why didn't the internet tell me sooner?

I drink beer all the time and eat pizza and stuff, I'm 13% bf and could almost certainly kick your ass literally or figuratively. It's majority genetic, diet really only plays into leanness, but that's also mostly genetic

When was the last time you read about a math problem? Did a chess puzzle? Learned something new about science? Ever tried to understand the math behind relativity?
Get the fuck back to fit dumbass,

>Math problem
I watched a Veritasium video about Markov chains yesterday, and I have a Mathologer video next on my "Watch later" list.
>Chess puzzle
Last game I played was a couple of weeks ago, but I do 2-3 sudokus per day (depending on how often I take a shit).
>Learned something new about science
I have something open on my computer right now, about Project Atlantis who want to build a tethered ring space launcher.
>Ever tried to understand the math behind relativity
Yes, I needed to use it for a past job where I had to understand GNSS timing transfer.

Your mind and body are intrinsically linked. Weak body, weak mind. Need I remind you that Plato was an Olympic wrestler?
I'll turn this back at you - when was the last time you read a book? I like listening to audiobooks on my easy runs. Lately I've been listening to the Baroque Cycle by Neal Stephenson.

Why canโ€™t you do all of these things? There is nothing stopping you from going for a 30 minute run to work off your gut and improve your cardiovascular health, as well as participate in cognitively challenging tasks. In fact you should do a healthy amount of both.

This is a whataboutism because youโ€™re offended for being unfit. Everybody is improved by physical exercise, but donโ€™t make it an idol.

Famous math prodigy says you should touch grass, run, and do calisthenics. It's been known since antiquity and confirmed with modern research than mental health generally follows physical health.
