This is the problem with becoming a wage slave. You become so desensitised to your surroundings, because you physically exhaust yourself doing labour that by the time it’s finally time to go home, you have no situational awareness and all you wanna do is sleep.
You give so much of your energy to your job did you have no energy left for anything else - you end up without a partner because you don’t have the energy to maintain a relationship, you end up with no hobbies, and not even enough energy to defend yourself in a life or death situation
