Why do black people never carry ID?

every time I watch a body cam video involving them they either dont have one on them or they just have a picture of it.
What's up with that?
I never see it with white people. Can anyone explain this? Is it some kind of cultural movement? A silent protest? Or are they so low IQ they just genuinely forget to bring it with them everywhere?

They do (they need it to buy cigs and liquor) they just won't ID for cops because they have a warrant or it's suspended and they're driving without insurance or maybe they have a firearm which they shouldn't because their felony/probation status doesn't allow it. Basically all niggers can be presumed criminals.

20 years ago before every LEO was linked together if you were asked to identify yourself and you didn't have an ID you could just give them a made up name and say you were from out of state. If they couldn't easily disprove that you were who you said you were they would have to let you go. You could also get out of citations and misdemeanors that would have you released on PR that way. I dodged a lot of cases in my youth with that tactic and have a clean record as a result. Maybe it still works, or maybe blacks just think it still does, that's why they don't carry ID.

Yeah, uncle Ted was right. I'd trade dealing with occasional outlaws over a government that has the ability to monitor and control every aspect of your life. It's to the point now where you can't even use the tried and true "shoot, shovel, and sgut the fuck up" method of dealing with career criminals that try to victimize you.
