When I was working restaurants I always asked people that were specialists hired to contract with the place what they made

Made a killing for 3 years until I decided I wanted to walk during the day again, by that point I had already moved on to advertising.

Now I still majority do advertising but I also got a food truck meals on wheels I do at events because all those years in kitchen jobs were not forgotten and being a barfly I know what drunk people like to eat and what's real easy to make
