This is the judge who let the nigger who murdered the ukranian woman on the bus out of jail, FOURTEEN times

He was arrested for raping his sister, armed bank robbery, threatening violence, and many more offenses.

Yet this judge let him out all those times, and the most recent time (right before the murder happened on the bus) was because he gave a "Written promise he'd appear in court"

He did not appear in court.

This judge should get FIRED and DISBARRED. IMMEDIATELY.
