We have made a lot of progress normalizing regarding black crime stats, antisemitism, tranny hate, Indian hate, anti immigrant rhetoric, pro white views and a lot more shit

People are still heavily punished though for saying anything beyond "n-word". This won't change overnight but can we do to move in the right direction to take some power away from this word? Serious conversation please.

I know we can do it just don't know how to approach it. We have succeeded in may other areas which used to look impossible

Interesting question. In some ways racist has lost it's sting, as most normal people now recognise how watered down the use of the term has become. I wonder if the same approach is needed here.
