Nah not really, though I'd say trannies haven't been as explicitly anti-male as korean women have according to some friends I have and based on what I've seen from trannies. Korean women have a deep rooted hatred for korean men I'd compare to how much trannies hate women. Male hatred seems a lot more intense there than it does in any other country I'm aware of. Beyond that, no it's not really different from the looks of it, but I also don't know what korean men were like before all of this so I can't comment any further.
