Feed your kids liver growing up, they won't have problems. It's really that simple. People wearing glasses were mostly abused by their parents/society and fed a modern slave diet. One of the main effects of a modern slave diet is poor eyesight. Even many people who go 20+ years of their lives with 20/20 end up with poor eye sight because they don't eat correctly.
