can confirm. i own loads of commercial property in south florida. it's unreal how destructive mutts have become since covid. zero fucks are given. we have to rule over everyone with an iron fist, both tenants and visitors. it's no different than running a prison. everything needs to be locked down, loads of security cameras, non-stop fines/penalties, constant threats, and so on. all of them are located in rapidly gentrifying areas, the demographics and overall neighbourhoods are light years ahead of where they were 10-15 years ago. but the people have truly deteriorated. people feel entitled to use our carpark/rubbish bins, hold unauthorised events, fly tip, leave vehicles for days/weeks at a time, etc. the tenants are constantly scamming, looking for free shite, chimping out, making bogus complaints, threatening to involve social media and kike lawyers, etc.
all of this is obvious to anyone outside of jewsa. like the saying goes, a fish doesn't know its wet. you faggots are done.
