Because importing ANY tradition other than one born from your own soil is pure malarkey. Christianity forgot their roots and became a travesty, a tool to rule rather than a way to commune with divinity.
Paganism, shamanism and all other original spiritual paths are true to the traditional values of the ancestors, and actually yield results instead of deviating for over 2000 years and ending up with rampant consumerism and materialism.
