Seriously. It's as simple as that. If fatties literally could not find any garments that fit them and had to make their own, they wouldn't be fat. It would be incredibly shameful to walk around in a queen size sheet with a head hole cut in it. If you only allowed clothes to be sold for normal people, Small Medium Large, all of a sudden people would get with the program.

Drug paraphernalia is banned because it encourages drug use, right? Well, we should ban XXL+ clothing because it encourages obesity.

End disability, welfare, and food stamps for anyone over 180lbs. You need to burn through your caloric reserves the same as your financial reserves before you start wasting tax dollars.

Considering how drastic the crisis is? I'd take a look at what Western European states currently ban from their foods that we allow over here, cross reference sources as to why they came to the decisions they did, then start slowly one by one removing them from permitted additions to the food supply. I imagine that's what RFK Jr. could do in theory, though I'm probably wrong.

You have to go for the proverbial throat of the dragon behind it all. Kinda hard to do when big pharma and corporate chains control the FDA. Personally I'd just go full blown authoritarian and have everyone arrested. Trump's being nice. I wouldn't be.

Start charging the parents of obese children with child abuse. It should be just as illegal and morally outrageous and socially taboo for a parent to allow their kids to get fat as it would be for a parent to allow a child to starve.
A lot of people don't realize it, but the number of fat cells in your body becomes mostly fixed during puberty and doesn't change much during adulthood. A fat person can lose weight and reduce the amount of fat stored in those fat cells, but the cells themselves will remain, waiting to store up more fat whenever there is a caloric surplus.
Conversely, skinny kids who become skinny adults don't get fat later in life, regardless of what they eat.
There is an adult obesity crisis because there is a childhood obesity crisis.

See man I don't think placing the bulk of the blame on the general public (the parents) will fix the issue. It's systematic/systemic. You need to hold powerful people accountable. If you don't do that they're going to run rampant. What's the saying? You give somebody an inch they take a mile?

You can wag your finger at the parents all day everyday but it's just going to make these people more miserable under the weight and stress of their already presumably miserably redundant lives. Take the man made artificial fillers, colors, and additives out of the food supply, fine companies severely with a three strikes you're out rule if they don't comply, and watch how fast things begin to change. Everyone is sick because the general public is used as guinea pigs for corporate America's biochem experiments. That's basically it. That's the irony of the we are heckin free bro argument.
