My last workplace had a fat chick mafia. They’d band together and bully the attractive girls into leaving. Then they’d harass the Chads for attention. I had to manage the chaos they were a nightmare. I never dreamt of such things. I used to openly call them The Fat Chick Mafia when sexy women complained of bullying right before they’d quit. They were only the only long term employees there. It was phenomenal. I left for greener pastures but hwat i tell you boys. That was nightmare fuel.

We had a Boss Bitch mafia. Unfortunately they were far more of the latter and god-awful at the former. The good news is that they were all women, so the cattiness eventually tore them apart. Two of them quit, one was fired, and the last one isolated herself

Turning hos against each other in the workplace is easier than anyone generally realizes. When you get hired at a place, pick around a little. Listen to their stories so you can gauge their specific personalities and problems. You wanna take advantage of their need for attention and jealousy regardless, but finding chinks in the armor takes a little time. Rumors are great to use. If you work in a place that has regular customers, casually tell them lies and rumors about the women. Eventually these rumors will find their way around.

No but my workplace has a lazy boomer mafia. I got hired to help out an engineering team who I’ve learned after a month of being there, does absolutely nothing. One month, and I’m getting paid $3500 a week to do nothing. Not a single assignment tasked to me. Now I need to figure out how to have a transparent conversation with the director who hired me.

We had the power behind the throne, who was the only attractive woman in the workplace and also a multi-franchise manager who dealt with hr and payroll. She made sure we never hired attractive women, but she was never a bitch about anything to anybody. Everyone knew "don't mess with her, but why would you even feel a need to?

Had the Man Hating HR Mafia. But that’s pretty much all HR. Got called in twice not because the women complained but because HR uglies didn’t like that women at work liked me so they assumed I was somehow forcing them to. Now I’m a manger for a company that does not have HR
