Correct. You can blame it on immigration, or capitalism, or anything else, BUT the mechanism is the same: resources are used to pull more resources, and humans are resources. Ideal immigration (think lolbertarianism), means that immigrants are distributed "equally" (like socialism), but in practice humans are resources.
In theory, immigrants should be working to make normal citizens into business owners... in practice, immigrants just expand existing corporations.
