I work in HVAC and every apprentice I've had for the last 10 years starts out as a naive 18-24 year old only vaguely aware of racial shit and ends up being the kind of person that drops Nigger in casual conversation, actively starts hating non-whites, and actively pushing back against the bullshit.
I trained an apprentice 8 years ago that left the company after a year and still to this day messages me shit like "check out the shit this nigger did" with a video of some nigger nigging out or getting absolutely demolished.
it doesn't take much to get them there, you just have to not hold back.

When I was still 17 me and my best friend would literally walk down the city street, and ANY time a black guy appears he would poke me on the shoulder, make a stupid grin, and tilt his head back a bit, and go "Niiiggerrr", as if the attitude of the nigger was as if he was like "Yeah I'm a niggerrr".
Casual racism was so awesome and completely normalized in Denmark my entire childhood. I miss it so much.
