I've seen this video without the retard grifter telling me what to think. At around the 8:00 mark he talks about how the 40% stat is created by a private company called the 'National Literary Institute' which isn't even a national organization they just use that name. He also goes into the fact that 'literacy' at a high level almost never means if someone can't read at all, he's talking about novels like War and Peace that require historic context to understand the novel. So the idea of illiteracy revolves around people not reading enough into the context of the novel and not doing historic background checks on everything. How the fuck did this braindead grifter drag out a 12 minute video for 40 minutes? Did he realize he was baited by the thumbnail, frontloaded his reactions, then tried equivocating to drag out the content and save face?
