Lynn, Massachusetts Police placed an officer on administrative leave after a circulating video showed him struggling to stand during a response, appearing “suddenly incapacitated.”

Chief Christopher Reddy stated, “Based on evidence… it appears the officer experienced a medical related episode.”

The department is investigating, with bodycam footage reviewed and medical professionals consulted.

I used to have periodic issues like tusks when I was younger. Sit down for too long and then stand up suddenly I’d get whiteouts. I’ve since cut down the amount of unrefined fats and sugars in my diet, amd the only time I have a recurrence is after a particularly nasty line of rack. And that’s very very infrequent

He looks more drunk than anything, he's still verbal which heroin users aren't too much when they're nodding off. The one thing that makes it not seem like he's drunk or high though is he's totally coherent and speaks normally. So I don't think it's alcohol. Probably extremely tired, and that's supported by what the other cop says about him working a double. Police work is typically 10 or 12 hour shifts and it's extreme burnout work. Imagine being worked for 20-24 hours straight. Yeah the dude is passing out and should sue the guy filming for slander since he made him look bad by his claims and posting the video using his lIkeness to profit. You all are just lying to yourselves to support an anti-police bias. I hate all brown cops but this isn't a drunk or high guy, I've had plenty of contact with both.
