Stating the facts, there is no safe vaccine. There are vaccines that are generally not very dangerous, especially certain ones for adults. But SAFE? Hell no. Safe means free of danger. No pharmaceutical is safe in the dosages used in medicine or recreation except for a handful of OTC drugs like acetaminophen, or loratadine.

The problem with vaccines is simple to understand.
The human immune system reacts to foreign materials, especially proteins. Everyone knows this. Vaccines are risky because they bypass the body's natural flesh barriers. This exposes internal tissues directly to the agent being vaccinated against(or a facsimile like cowpox). This itself is not the real problem, it's the adjuvants and additives that enhance this action, and these can easily lead to allergies that are even more fatal than the diseases being vaccinated against. Also, when the immune system is heavily antagonized(actually the word agonized is correct here) it can lash out against your own tissues, causing autoimmune responses that can lead to a myriad of chronic illnesses. Kinda like how latex gloves in hospitals being overused after the AIDS crisis lead to allergies in medical staff and patients, but on a much higher and deleterious manner.

Intentionally antagonizing the human immune system to fight smallpox or rabies is absolutely worth the risk, without a question.
Intentionally antagonizing the human immune system to fight diseases like measles, influenza, and STDs, particularly in younger people, is asking for trouble.
And stacking vaccines is REALLY bad because what can happen is one vaccine can generate a response to X-protein and another Y-protein and you can actually create a negative immune response to beneficial antibodies. The immune system's "memory" becomes confused on what it's supposed to fight, especially in childrens bodies which naturally have a very heightened natural response to pathogens.

People with chronic illnesses are cashcows for medical companies, doctors, nurses, and basically anyone that gets paid to "care" for patients, and anytime you have that much money involved in an industry, greed will absolutely take over common sense and morality.
