The US gives tax breaks to companies that are "growing". This means hiring new people for existing or new positions. If you list a job, it still gets you the tax break even if you never fill the position. So there are a metric shitton of fake job listings because of a tax write off. The bottom of the barrel trash is the only real position open. The rest don't exist.
