There's a lot of misinformation out there, especially on sites like 4chan, which are known for spreading unfounded conspiracy theories because they can post anonymously. Israel is one of the countries actively pushing back on militant Islam and extremism. Very often these outrageous conspiracies about Israel are spread by countries like Iran. That's the problem with these anonymous image boards, it could be anyone spreading these lies on purpose and you won't know.

A lot of people do, they will never accept any "conspiracy theory" because doing so will render you as an "idiot" in the social environment. This is programming from influencers, commentors and so on, even if some implies that the jews indeed did it, there will be several others saying that if you think that you're an idiot and the average joe and average jane don't want to be seen as "idiots". They respect public figures way more and if the authorities shut down such conversation the average NPC will do the same and will lash onto the people who bring this up as programmed by the "totally unbiased" content creators half commentors and influences they watch.

This is important, this is how the average NPC don't break out fully and return to its initial mindset no matter how much the average joe get to know and understand the truth, it won't stay in his head because he'd be seen as an outcast, normal people aren't ready and will never be ready to be excluded like this.
This is why people still think Trump is doing shit under his own autonomy rather than following what his handlers want him to do. They also believe that "elon musk and trump are opposite sides". Same for DEMs.
