That's bs tho. Cancer works in such way that it tricks the immune system by changing it's own cells to not look hostile, so the immune system won't target the tumor. There are also different levels of tumors. Humans develop a few tumors every day, but the immune system is able to attack those. The dangerous kind are the ones that trick the immune system. There is no way you can inject a vaccine that then recognizes the tumor somewhere in the body because the cells are camouflaged as non hostile. If the vax worked targeting non hostile parts of the body, then it can just as easily target your heart, liver or brains.
