I'd also like to expand on this competitive nature of 2nd/3rd world business. It creates incentive for everyone to screw everyone else.
I much prefer a local/regional/state/national level of enterprise where you can work your way up as a local businessman. Then once you've established yourself locally, it opens up regional opportunities, which then opens up state or national opportunities.
I started small, then built skills that made me appealing to a moderate sized business, which then appealed to larger companies, until ultimately winding up with a solid career in a big company that just keeps truckin'.
I didn't really feel 'established' until 35. But I had incentives to keep improving and progressing all the way to that point.
Jeets and Chinks show up and treat it all like a game that can be played. Spamming their resumes everywhere, fake certifications and degrees, using their co-ethnic nepotism networks, agreeing to lower salaries until they've got enough leverage to twist the company's arm.
This is not how White behave. It's not how we do education or do business. We can be cutthroat, but usually it's not deception, undercutting, etc.
