They're facing the same economic crises as we are with whites immigrating to Mexico. Prices are rising across the board for them, locals can't afford to match immigrants dollar for dollar, etc. Growth for homegrown individuals is no longer the norm, just competition for the stagnation and going no lower than you already are. Most people won't breed under those conditions.

When they come here, they automatically get more bang for their buck because they're used to living smaller back in Mexico.
