Dude.. stop.. They use state-sanctioned athletic commissions to prevent such rigging, and they take sports betting very seriously. They banned a fighter a year or so ago, and barred him from his job as couch/trainer because he was actively betting on fights, and giving out inside info about injuries or other factors that could tilt a fight.

But you have little / no proof of the UFC doing this. You're talking about a company that just sold broadcast rights for billions of dollars. They would be worth fuck all if this were the case. I'd also add that MMA fans are very critical and most questionable judging is the topic of heated debate immediately by Dana and everyone watching.
