Because Russia has yet to take their gloves off, they're simply playing with their food. Ukraine made Russia use like .001% of its true power, which is impressive. At the same time Russia is purposely holding back its true technological and mechanised might incase they go to war with NATO. At the same time Russia stands alone fighting all of western europe and the US. It's also not Putin's fault because he was misled by those in lesser positions. But if you look closer into the war, russia has been continuously taking so much land that ukraine will collapse in 2 weeks while the dirty jew Zelensky hides in his trillion dollar home in LA. But this is not the full truth, Ukraine is proactively bombing Russian civilian centres and Russia is actively trying hard to prevent civilian deaths compared to the Ukranian savages, hence why Russia is very slow in this war because they truly care and want to save Ukraine from the evil Ukranian nazis.
