You're not supposed to ingest it, because flouride is toxic, but you're supposed to put it on your teeth and in your mouth. So as long as it's mostly just there, it well makes up for occassional accidental ingestion by driving extremely hard flouropatite crystal development ontop of your continuously weakening enamel.

You need to dry fast for 1 month straight to cleanse yourself from estrogen unless you want to turn into tranny. And yes, having it in drinking water can also be very beneficial, because you're not reducing the flouride in your mouth by diluting it with water. Instead you're adding to it, and that's a good thing. In reasonable quantities.

Most of the chemical forms that fda approved toothpastes use are technically safe to ingest in reasonable amounts. But generally once it has foamed/frothed and got deposited on your teeth, usually after a minute of brushing, you should spit out any excess.
