I have the same doors on my new build. Yes they are cost efficient, but also they are lighter, require leas space, lighter frame, and even a Mexican can hang them. Inlike the aestetics, and small holes are generally easy to fix but require sanding and painting. My home is a modest Million dollar mcmansion in colonial style. Solid doors are usually in 3 million dollar homes. And pretty much every material upgrade in them is not worth the price.
