I want to add that the only reason they felt meth head's attack was racially motivated was because it was an interracial crime with a white perp. The problem with that logic is that his victims were a group in Oakland, a city that's like 25% black. He wasn't searching out random black women in rural Ohio. If his methed out ass lived in a city where 1 in 4 people weren't black, there's a good chance his victims wouldn't have been black.
