I have multiple skills that I use to make money. If I see a nigger client, I will either outright refuse because NIGGERS are a class A risk for not paying OR I make the price so outrgeous and demand payment up front that they just stop asking.

With rental units, it is easy to weed out the NIGGERS...

If that doesn't work, have them fill out their info and take DL info FIRST, then say there is a 100$ non refundable credit and criminal history check. Also say first and last months deposit up front and first month all before they move in and also include a no quit clause that they have to move immediately if they are late with the rent. I don't have to imagine, I used to live in that world. I saw my first nigger in real life when I was an adult. Now when I walk to the grocery store I see at least a handful of fat, ugly niggers in trashbags or skinny nigger ghouls with their pool noodle hair.
