I have meticulously gone through the North Carolina court records trying to find information of Teresa Strokes' fraud as a judge, but have found incredibly opposing information that I thought was worth mentioning.
This reveals that Decarlos' Browns criminal history was extremely inflated and that this is a shill psyop flooding the entire board. Please IGNORE most of the threads that talk about him.

ALL of Decarlo Brown Jr.'s crimes, since 2013 (In Chronological Order):

Failed to appear in court twice. Warrant for arrest issued and served on June 28th, 2013.
Paid ticket on July 5th, 2013

>Communicating Threats & Injury to Personal Property
Arrested twice on August 5, 2013 and November 11, 2013
Released same day on both days, accrued collective fees of $1,500 for both days

>Shoplifting
Taken into custody August 12th 2013 after failing to appear in court for a citation made in April of that year
Served 5 days

>Breaking and Entering, Larceny
Arrested November 11th, 2013
Served 5 months - 1 year & 3 months in prison

>Robbey with Dangerous Weapon
Arrested August 21st, 2014
Served 6 - 8 years in prison

>Misuse of 911 System
Arrested January 19th, 2025
Was let out of custody by Teresa Stokes for free, instead of being held in prison between court sessions. This is because he promised her that he'd show up to court.

This is not actual crimes, but I thought would be useful to add is Decarlos' bond forfeitures.
Decarlos has not paid bonds and court fees over the years of his crimes, totaling up to $16,571.34 worth of fees + interest.

An explanation of how there are so little crimes in my list, yet somehow major news outlets cite that there are 14 crimes/arrests:
A lot of "Separate" crimes in his court records were actually duplicates or redundant, and subsequently dismissed by the DA. Nearly half of his crimes were dismissed because they redundant.
Such as his "Breaking and Entering" crime. There was also another court record of the same date saying "Conspiracy to Break and Enter". This was dismissed by the DA though because he wasn't conspiring to B&E, he DID B&E. It was unneeded.
He also avoided court, so a warrant came out for his arrest, but that was an arrest not a crime. It also explains the damning amount of mugshots taken, because everytime you need to be rearrested, you need a mugshot taken.

What is NOT mentioned in his court files either are assaulting his sister as news sites have said. Though, there are a lot of separate "Decarlos Brown" people that did not have the same middle name or suffix that Decarlos D. Brown Jr (The murderer) had, and one of them could've had the sister assault court case. So it was either an honest mistake on their part or purposeful manipulation of similar names.
This inflated his crime numbers even further, which is what I'm assuming the news stations also used to make it seem far worse. It is still awful he did any of the crimes I listed, but not as bad as they made it seem.

On another note, this is my own personal theory, but I'm assuming the reason he killed Iryna is because of his debt of $16,571.34. Not any MKultra bullshit people are pushing.
He was out on the streets because Teresa released him between court sessions, and while they were also trying to find him a mental evaluation. This is because she "Trusted him". I was summed to court in the state of NY Troy country in the month of september of the year 2018 (dont remember the exact date but I remember it was close to 911). I was attending RPI and some students I was associated with vandalized a parking gate. They got one of their faces on camera but not the rest and the one dude they did finger tried to drag me into it (I was never there) saying that I was the ringleader of the event. I was summoned to court and my lawyer explained to the judge that while I was not admitting any guilt, I was willing to pay the damages in order to avoid the entire legal proceeding. Judge was happy not to waste court time over a petty offense, School was happy that they got their money for the repair, and I didn't have to waste months in court battling with these shitheads.

Why do I give you all this information without worrying about being doxxed? Because part of the deal was to have the entire incident erased from records. Try searching it, you wont fucking find it. This could have happened to Brown.
