Basically this. Average russian earns something like 200-300$ per month (and no, Moscow and Pidorsburg are not "average russia"). And now they get to earn 2000$ if they survive, which is peanuts for the people in charge.

The most precious resource a country could have is a smart educated population that can create, invent and have freedom to do business.
Russia as a country is a bunch of sociopathic top 5% that keeps the rest of the population in a perpetual misery and brainwashed them with each generation to be obedient slaves to their masters and to not value their life when they're inevitably send to conquer other people (who they see as themselves inferior because they don't want to be slaves to their master).
