We do, that's why law abiding people get arrested for voicing their opinions, thugs are let out of prison and uncivilised savages are imported by the millions like they're a precious commodity. We live in a specific type of anarchy which isn't a naive anarchy where everything is permitted, rather it is an anti-order that borrows methods from proper order/authoritarianism but whose goals are the opposite of order.
