Kyle was in a self-defense situation. Kirk did nothing to the shooter that earned him a kill shot in the neck. I also doubt the shooter's going to be walking free because we are living in a post-9/11 surveillance state. He's going to get found and the mainstream conservative orgs are going to make sure he gets punished.
