Cell phone video showing the shooter in the prone posted on the roof of the losee center which you can also cross reference with google maps where the person shooting the video was standing shows the shooter was 125M away when he took the shot. 125m Is 137 Yards, not 200 yards, not over 200 yards, it is a close range shot and a very easy shot to take.

I havent seen any speculation about where/what the shooting was done with, but just seeing the video i assumed it was a rifle with a decent size bore. He was left with a pretty large entry wound and the shock of the round, you can tell it was moving. What campus was this on?
