This is nonsense even if you can hit it with target practice you're not going to hit it in the heat of the moment, this kind of thing requires a lot of training to mentally and physically handle the moment, breathing correctly, etc. Even a person good at shooting would fuck this up without a lot of training for these big moments, someone like this almost certainly has had to have killed a person before you don't just step into a moment like this and do it.


That said it was most likely an AI guided weapon anyway
