He got away with it. But how? It would require some knowledge of the campus I think. Probably one of the staff who knew where he would be ahead of time, how to get to the roof, and where to hide and run. An amateur wouldn’t know these things, and then that only leaves a state actor to know these things, or have access so easily.

It looks like this was some sort of active measures by Israel, an hour after the assassination a private plane took off and turned off it's transponder 30 minutes after takeoff, only turning back on an hour later.
