If he had a vehicle he could be out of the state in under 2 hours.

Sounds about right. More details will get fleshed out when people get a break. But seems that George Zinn was the Boomer that got arrested instantly after the shooting and was the focus for about two hours. Since he wasn't the shooter that could only have happened if he went up to the cops asking to be arrested, which would have created enough of a scene for the gunman in relatively close proximity a better chance to skip off.
