For burgers? Just get some 80-20 lean beef, season with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, worcestershire Sauce/msg and a little bit of cayenne pepper. Add salt after you form the patties and fry with butter/clarified butter.

For sauce, you could make your own but I am too lazy so I just squeeze some bbq sauce and mayonnaise. Add tomatoes, lettuce, onions, grilled cheese to your liking.
