Watch the video. I assume this is part of the security team. Reminds of videos of the JFK assassination where it looks like the driver took a shot blindly. This wouldn't even be that hard with some practice

They're pushing some random, unidentifiable patsy as the killer and will probably kill the guy "in a standoff." At some point so he can't be questioned, then it will be forgotten. The real killer is within the security team and was paid.....by whom?

A high powered rifle, especially a 30-06 would've torn a chunk out of his neck, not put a small clean hole in it. I don't believe the official narrative
