Its not an impossible shot, but claiming a killshot at 200 yards is childs play is just fucking stupid. Most of the gun ranges I've gone to don't even have targets at 200 yards. Most of the time it's less than 30 yards - you have to go to a special long rifle range for targets over 100, and 200-300 yards is where it starts getting challenging.
You have obviously never fired a bolt action rifle in your life.
I'm not a great shot. I have a bolt action(Mossberg Patriot) and can hit a target pretty easily at 100 yards. 150 yards and it becomes more challenging, 200 yards is definitely doable with the right equipment (decent scope, stabled position/prone, zeroed correctly, you got a few inches of bullet drop to account for).

No, the Coriolis effect only kicks in around 800 yars. A really skilled marksman can hit a target at 400, but at that point, it becomes a whole other ballgame - You have to have secondary indicators of wind, you have to have your breathing game on point, etc...ultra-high ranges (800+ you start needing to do some science, you have to account for the Coriolis effect, significant bullet drop, you're going to need a ballistics chart...)
200 yards is doable for a moderately skilled shooter - a decent hobbyist can do it without sniper training, and yes, it's possible to get the kill shot on the first try, if you're lucky.
However, to do all of that, AND have a solid escape plan IN THE PRESENCE OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, AND have distractions at ground zero, AND successfully exfil?
I seriously doubt some trantifa activist has the discipline or competence or patience to pull something like that off. At the very least, they would have to have some basic military training.
Just because a hobbyist COULD theoretically do it doesn't mean its more likely than
a professional hit. It feels a hell of a lot more like a pro than a troon activist
